Hello Admins! Do you use Microsoft Teams on a daily basis? If yes, would you seevalue in receivingupdates in Teams when policies are updated in PolicyStat? For example, if a policy was revised or someone makes a comment on a policy you manage, would you want to see a notification in Teams about it with a link back to the policy or report?
Do you manage PolicyStat and also use Microsoft Teams?
Any chance RLDatix will be integrating with Cisco Suite products for notifications? We have already started using their WebEx App for collaboration in IT and will be rolling out to all locations and sites next month.

Hi @Denny Chlebek Yes, from my researchI think there’s a good chance what the team is working on will also work with WebexTeams, as well. If you’re interested and have access to Webex Teams, I’d be happy to do a test session with you.

Gabe, We use Teams regularly. This is an interesting question…
If I received the notification in Teams is this in place of my email notification? I’ll either see it in Teams or Teams will send me an e-mail if I’m not logged it. So I’ll find it either way. Would this notification only go to those managing the policy or to all people in the comment/collaboration field? Becky

I find it easier to track in email-I would not like in Teams-Ilene Hirsch

Hi @Rebecca Stover These aregood questions! So thiswould be in addition to the normal email notifications sent from PolicyStat. Users, owners, andany other user that is interested in following a policy(s)will have the option to subscribe to the policy updates in Teams. (They will not be subscribed to updates automatically.)

It’s an interesting option - but I would prefer the email notifications. Only need one
